12Power to Vice Chancellor to make Rules for Regulation of his Court.

Section Forty-five of the said Act of the Session of the Seventeenth and Eighteenth Years of Her present Majesty shall be repealed, and in lieu thereof be it enacted, That the Vice Chancellor of the said University may from Time to Time, with the Approval of any Three of the Judges of Her Majesty's Superior Courts, make Rules for regulating the Practice and Forms of Procedure in all Proceedings within the Jurisdiction of the Court of the Chancellor of the said University commonly called the Vice Chancellor's Court, and may from Time to Time, with the like Approval, annul, alter, or add to any such Rules.
