The "Undertaking authorized by any Provisional Order shall be subject to the Provisions of The Merchant Shipping Act, 1854, and of every General Act relating to Harbours or Dues on Shipping or on Goods carried in Ships, now in force or hereafter to be passed, and to any future Revision or Alteration under the Authority of Parliament of the Rates authorized by the Order.
