3Nothing in Act to affect Right of Re-entry, &c.
Provided always, That nothing in this Act contained shall enlarge or diminish or in anyway affect any Right of Re-entry or Eviction or Liability to Forfeiture ; but every Gale, Pit, Level, Work, and Quarry shall be subject in all respects to the same Liability to Forfeiture and Eviction, and no other, as if this Act had not been passed.
