Episcopal and Capitular Estates Act 1859 (c. 46)

I Two Commissioners may execute Deeds.

All such Acts and Deeds as are now by Law required to be done or executed by the Church Estates Commissioners, under the Authority of this Act or the Acts hereby affected, may be done or executed by any Two of such Church Estates Commissioners.
