XLIXConviction, &c. not to be quashed for Informality, &c.
And be it enacted, That no Information, Conviction, or other Proceeding before or by any of the said Magistrates shall be quashed or set aside, or adjudged void or insufficient, for Want of Form, or be removed by Certiorari into Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench.
