XLIIITable of Fees to be hung up.

And be it enacted, That, notwithstanding any thing hereinbefore contained, such Fees as are contained in the Schedule (A.) to this Act annexed may be taken by any of the said Magistrates or by any Justice or Justices acting in any of the said Courts; and a Table of such Fees shall be fixed in some conspicuous Part of each of the said Courts ; and it shall be lawful for any of the said Magistrates to refuse to do any Act for which any Fee shall be demandable unless such Fee shall be first paid; and that if any such Act shall be done, and the Fee due thereon shall not be paid, it shall be lawful for any of the said Magistrates to summon the Person from whom such Fee shall be due, and to make Order for Payment of the same, with the Costs of the Proceedings, and in default of Payment to levy the same, with the Costs of the Distress, by Warrant under his Hand.
