XIITime of Attendance of Magistrates.

And be it enacted, That on every Day, excepting Sundays, Christmas Day, Good Friday, or any Day appointed for a Public Fast or Thanksgiving, One of the said Magistrates shall attend at each of the Police Courts established or to be established within the Metropolitan Police District from Ten of the Clock in the Morning until Five of the Clock in the Afternoon ; and every, such Magistrate shall attend at such other Times as urgent Necessity may require, or shall be directed by One of Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State ; and the Secretary of State shall have Power from Time to Time to direct at which Court each of the said Magistrates shall attend.
