All Monies arising from any Wages and Effects of deceased Seamen or Apprentices to the Sea Service which were received before the First Day of January One thousand eight hundred and fifty-two shall be applied in the same Manner as if the same had been received under the Provisions of " The [13 & 14 Vict. c. 102. s. 31] Merchant Shipping Act, 1854:"
