XXVICosts incurred by Commissioners to be deemed Part of Inclosure Expenses in certain Cases.
In every Case of such Removal by Certiorari of the Determination of the Commissioners or Assistant Commissioner, and in every Case of feigned Issue to which the said Commissioners or Assistant Commissioner shall be a Party, the Costs, Charges, and Expenses incurred by them or him in supporting the Determination or Award in dispute, as well as the Amount of any Costs paid by them or him to any other Party or Parties pursuant to the Decision of the said Court, shall be deemed to be Part of the Expenses of the Inclosure to which such Determination or Award shall relate, and shall be paid by such Parties and in such Proportions as the said Commissioners or Assistant Commissioner shall direct, subject nevertheless to the Provisions herein-before contained.
