Upon a Finding for the Defendants, or any of them, Judgment may be signed, and Execution issue for Costs against the Claimants named in the Writ, within such Time, not exceeding the Fifth Day in Term after the Verdict, as the Court or Judge before whom the Cause is tried shall order; and if no such Order be made, then on the Fifth Day in Term after the Verdict, or within Fourteen Days after such Verdict, whichever shall first happen.
