Upon a Finding for the Claimant, Judgment may be signed, and Execution issue for the Recovery of Possession of the Property, or such Part thereof as the Jury shall find the Claimant entitled to, and for Costs, within such Time, not exceeding the Fifth Day in Term after the Verdict, as the Court or Judge before whom the Cause is tried shall order; and if no such Order be made, then on the Fifth Day in Term after the Verdict, or within Fourteen Days after such Verdict, whichever shall first happen.
