CLXXVWant of Certainty cured by Particulars.
Want of " reasonable Certainty" in the Description of the Property, or Part of it, in the Writ or Notice, shall not nullify them, but shall only be Ground for an' Application to a Judge for better Particulars of the Land claimed or defended, which a Judge shall have Power to give in all Cases.
