A sole Defendant or all the Defendants in Ejectment shall be at liberty to confess the Action as to the whole or Part of the Property, by giving to such Claimant a Notice headed in the Court and Cause, and signed by the Defendant or Defendants, such Signature to be attested by his or their Attorney; and thereupon the Claimant shall be entitled to and may forthwith sign Judgment and issue Execution for the Recovery of Possession and Costs in the Eorm contained in the Schedule (A.) to this Act annexed, marked No. 20, or to the like Effect.
