The Court may by act of sederunt make provision for the discharge of factors, F2tutors and curators by means other than the presentation of a petition under section 34 of this Act where the factory, F2tutory or curatory is terminated by reason of the F3coming to an end of the situation giving rise to it, or by reason of the exhaustion of the estate.
