Every person who shall at any time obstruct the commissioners or any person employed by them in the performance of anything which they are respectively empowered or required to do by this or the special Act, or any Act to be incorporated therewith, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding F1F2£25F1level 1 on the standard scale.
