And be it enacted, That in case of a Stipend being assigned by the Bishop, according to the Provisions of this Act, to the Curate of any Benefice, the Incumbent whereof shall have been duly found a Lunatic or Person of unsound Mind, the Committee of the Estate of any such Lunatic or Person of unsound Mind shall pay such Stipend to such Curate out of the Profits of the Benefice which shall come to his Hands.
