CXXXIIAct not to affect Powers of Bishops.
And he it enacted, That nothing in this Act contained shall be deemed, construed, or taken to derogate from, diminish, prejudice, alter, or affect, otherwise than is expressly provided, any Powers, Authorities, Rights, or Jurisdiction already vested in or belonging to any Archbishop or Bishop under or by virtue .of any Statute, Canon, Usage, or otherwise howsoever.
