5 E+W+S Other persons, so far as benefits in their favour are by reference to the employment of persons within heads 1, 2, 3 or 4 above.

In this Table—

• “nationalised body” means—

  (a)

  a body corporate established by or under any enactment for the carrying on of any industry or part of an industry, or of any undertaking, under national ownership or control, or

  (b)

  a subisidiary of such a body corporate,

• “subsidiary” has the meaning given by [F2 section 736 of the Companies Act 1985].
