1Subsection (3) of section thirty-seven of the [21 & 22 Geo. 5. c. 28.] Finance Act, 1931 (which relates to the delivery of warrants to collectors) shall, subject to the provisions of the Tenth Schedule to the Finance Act, 1942, apply in relation to collectors in and for the division of the City of London as it applies to collectors in the rest of England.
