| The Finance Act, 1942 (5 & 6 Geo. 6. c. 21). | In section nine, for the words " the Board of Trade", and the words "the Board", in the second place where those words occur, there shall be substituted the words " the Minister of Fuel and Power " ; and for the words "the Board are" there shall be substituted the words " the Minister is ". |
