For the removal of doubt it is hereby declared that the expression " physical injury ", in the principal Act and in this Act, and in the [2 & 3 Geo. 6. c. 82.] Personal Injuries (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1939, includes tuberculosis and any other organic disease, and the aggravation thereof.
