14 Provisions as to Scotland and Northern Ireland. E+W+N.I.

(1) This Act shall not extend to Scotland.

(2) In the application of this Act to Northern Ireland the following modifications shall be made:—

(a) for the reference to [F1 section one hundred and fifteen of the M1 County Courts Act 1959], there shall be substituted a reference to [F2 section thirty-one of the M2 Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978];

(b) for the reference of section two of the M3 Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1934, there shall be substituted a reference to section fifteen of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland), 1937;

(c) references to a Government Department shall include references to a Department of the Government of Northern Ireland.
