The provisions of this Part of this Act requiring owners and occupiers to make reports and authorising inspectors and local authorities to serve notices shall not require the making of reports by, or authorise the service of any notice on, any local authority or any police authority as defined in the [11 & 12 Geo. 5. c. 31.] Police Pensions Act, 1921.
