Polish Resettlement Act 1947, Section 3 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 25 August 2016. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
3Payments for benefits provided for any person under section three of this Act may be required under subsection (6) of that section from that person, or, in the case of a married person, from his wife or her husband, or, in the case of a person who is under the age of sixteen years and has parents or a parent living . . .
