Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section nineteen of the Welsh Church Act, 1914 (which made provision, among other things, as to the application by the University of Wales of part of the property referred to in that paragraph for the benefit of the Colleges of the University) shall have effect as if after the word " Monmouthshire " there were therein inserted the words " the University College of Swansea ", and as if for the words "one-fourth" there were therein substituted the words " three-sixteenths. "
