SCHEDULE

Session and Chapter.	Title.	Extent of Repeal.
7 Edw. 7. c. 40.	The Notification of Births Act, 1907.	In section one, the words " in which " this Act is adopted by that " authority in accordance with " the provisions of this Act," in subsection (1) the words "in an " area in which this Act is " adopted," and in subsection (4) the words " whose sub-district or " any part thereof is situate " within any area in which this " Act is adopted."
		Subsections (1) (2) and (3) of section two, and in subsection (4) the words "who may adopt the " Act either for their whole " county or for any county district therein."
