5Where, by virtue of the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Schedule, any of the bodies referred to in sub-paragraphs (i) to (vi) of that paragraph is on any occasion required to appoint two or more persons as members of the Council, those persons shall be appointed by that body simultaneously.
