109 Application to Scotland. E+W+S

This Part of this Act shall apply to Scotland subject to the following modifications:—

(a) The expression “local authority” shall mean [F1 a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994];

(b) Section one hundred and seven of this Act shall not apply.
