Nothing in subsection (8), subsection (9) or subsection (10) of section one hundred and forty-six of the M1 Law of Property Act, 1925 (which relates to restrictions on and relief against forfeiture of leases and under-leases), shall affect the provisions of subsection (4) of the said section.

2 Short title. U.K.

This Act may be cited as the Law of Property (Amendment) Act, 1929, and the Law of Property Act, 1925, the M2 Law of Property (Amendment) Act, 1926, so far as it amends that Act, and this Act may be cited together as the Law of Property Acts, 1925 to 1929.
