An Act to amend the provisions of the Law of Property Act, 1925, relating to relief against forfeiture of under-leases.

Modifications etc. (not altering text)
Nothing in subsection (8), subsection (9) or subsection (10) of section one hundred and forty-six of the M1Law of Property Act, 1925 (which relates to restrictions on and relief against forfeiture of leases and under-leases), shall affect the provisions of subsection (4) of the said section.
This Act may be cited as the Law of Property (Amendment) Act, 1929, and the Law of Property Act, 1925, the M2Law of Property (Amendment) Act, 1926, so far as it amends that Act, and this Act may be cited together as the Law of Property Acts, 1925 to 1929.
