28Application to protectorates
His Majesty may, by Order in Council, extend this Act to any territories under his protection and to Cyprus, and on: the making of any such Order, this Act shall, subject to the provisions of the Order, have effect as if the territories to which it applies or Cyprus were part of His Majesty's dominions to which this Act extends.
