XXIJudgment of the Inner House shall decide Costs, and shall be final.
And be it further enacted, That the Inner House shall, in deciding the Cause, also determine the Matter of Expences; and the Judgment pronounced by the Inner House shall in all Causes be final in the Court of Session.
