XVIILord Ordinary to determine Costs. His Judgment final in the Outer House.

And be it further enacted, That in pronouncing Judgment on the .Merits of the Cause, the Lord Ordinary shall also determine (the Matter of Expences, so far as not already settled, either giving or refusing the same in whole or in part; and every Interlocutor of the Lord Ordinary shall be final in the Outer House, subject however to the Review of the Inner House, in manner herein-after directed.
