And be it further enacted, That no Person shall be admitted to vote at any Election of any Member or Members to serve in Parliament for any County of a City or County of a Town, by virtue of any Freehold granted fraudulently, or in Exchange for a Freehold in any other County, or in Consideration of any Increase of Rent out of any other Lands in the same or in any other County, held by such Person from the Grantor, though such Consideration be not expressed in the Deed or Grant.
