And be it further enacted, That no Public or Parliamentary Tax, County, Church, or Parish Cess, on any Townland or Division of any Parish or Barony, shall be deemed any Charge payable out of any Freehold Estate, within the Meaning of this Act, or any of the foregoing Oaths or Affirmations.
