Militia (City of London) Act 1820

37 Security to be taken from treasurer and clerk. U.K.

Provided always, that the said commissioners shall and they are hereby required to take such security from the treasurer or treasurers, clerk or clerks, to be appointed by virtue of this Act, for the due execution of their respective offices, as shall be satisfactory to the said commissioners; and the said commissioners may make such other civil appointments as they may see necessary for carrying the purposes of this Act into execution.
