XVIIReservation of the Rights of the Trinity House.

Provided also, and it is hereby further enacted and declared, That this Act, or any thing herein contained, shall not extend or be construed to extend to the taking away, abridging, hindering, prejudicing or impeaching of any Grant, Liberties, Franchises, and Privileges heretofore granted to and vested in the Corporation of the Trinity House of Deptford Strond; but that the said Corporation shall hold and enjoy the same as fully and effectually, to all Intents and Purposes, as they might have done in case this Act had never been made; any thing herein-before contained to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstanding.
