An Act to empower any Three or more of the Commissioners for the Reduction of the National Debt to exercise all the Powers and Authorities given to the said Commissioners by any Act or Acts of Parliament.

[1.] Three commissioners empowered to act. U.K.

It shall be lawful for any three or more of the commissioners for the reduction of the national debt for the time being, and they are hereby authorized and empowered, to use and exercise all powers and authorities, and to execute and do all acts, matters, and things, which by virtue of any Act or Acts heretofore passed and now in force, or which may hereafter be passed, the said commissioners are or may be required or authorized or empowered to use, exercise, execute, perform, or do, any thing in any Act or Acts to the contrary notwithstanding.
