Provided always, and be it enacted, That all Warrants which shall have been signed by the Commissioners for executing the Office of Lord High Treasurer of Ireland, bearing Date on or before Fifth Day of January One thousand eight hundred and seventeen, and which mall then remain in the Office of the Auditor General of the Exchequer, un-satisfied and unpaid, or partly unsatisfied or unpaid, shall be good, full, and sufficient Authority to the said Auditor General for the Issue of his Order to the Teller of the Exchequer for Payment, until the full Amount of such Warrants be satisfied and paid; any Thing herein-before contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
