(1)Any power of the Secretary of State to make orders under this Act (other than orders under subsection (1) of section nineteen F1. . .) shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2)Any Order in Council or order under this Act may be varied or revoked by a subsequent Order in Council or order.
