9In subsection (1) of section fifty-nine, and subsection (3) of section sixty-four, for the words " .the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919" there shall be substituted the words " the Land Compensation Act, 1961 ".
10In subsection (4) of section seventy-four, for the words from " the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919 " to "the said section two" there shall be substituted the words " Part I of the Land Compensation Act, 1961, and rule (1) of the rules set out in section five of that Act; and that rule ".
