Duty to consult conservators E+W+S

1 E+W+SBefore making an order under section twenty-three of this Act with respect to land which is or forms part of a common of which conservators have been appointed under any local Act, or under any order made under an Act of Parliament, the . . . F1 district council shall consult with the conservators.
