Indecency with Children Act 1960 (c. 33)

3 Short title, extent and commencement.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Indecency with Children Act, 1960.

(2) This Act shall not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

(3) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of one month beginning with the date it is passed.
