5 Citation, commencement and extent.E+W
(1)This Act may be cited as the Obscene Publications Act 1959.
(2)This Act shall come into operation on the expiration of one month beginning with the date of the passing thereof.
(3)This Act shall not extend to Scotland or to Northern Ireland.
