Any person guilty of an offence under subsection (7) of section eighteen or subsection (3) of section twenty-five of this Act shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten pounds.

Any person guilty of an offence against this Act, except as specified in the foregoing subsection, shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds; and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding ten pounds for every day during which the offence is continued.
