F131E+W+SIn relation to any land falling within paragraph 26 of this Schedule, the provisions of section twenty-four or section thirty of this Act, where applicable, shall have effect (subject to the modification specified in paragraph 27 of this Schedule) as those provisions would have had effect in the circumstances specified in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 22 of this Schedule.
