28The power conferred by section one hundred and forty-six of the Act of 1948 and subsection (1) of section sixteen of this Act to modify the provisions of Part I of this Act in relation to the Isles of Scilly shall include power to provide that in the application of subsection (4) of section five of this Act both to those Isles and to counties and county boroughs references to a county shall include references to those Isles.
