26Section one hundred and two of the Act of 1948 shall have effect as if in subsection (1) (which provides that payments made by the British Transport Commission shall, if and so far as it is so prescribed, be taken into account as if they were paid on account of rates, and in computing the product of a penny rate) the words " if and so far as it is so prescribed " were omitted.
