22In section thirty-four of the Act of 1948, subsection (2) shall have effect, by virtue of this Act, as if for the words "nineteen hundred and fifty-seven " there were substituted the words " nineteen hundred and sixty-one " ; and the New Valuation Lists (Postponement) Act, 1952, shall cease to have effect.
