20In section ten of the Fire Services Act, 1947, for the words " the Local Government (Boundary Commission) Act, 1945 " there shall be substituted the words " the Local Government Act, 1958 ", and after the words " specified in the order " there shall be inserted the words " then without prejudice to the provisions of Part II of the said Act of 1958 as to joint boards and combined authorities ".
